Palacio Ibarra is the Allende space, a 17th century stately palace built in 1675 by order of Don Andrés de Ibarra y Pedroso.
Its walls contain the heritage of a past full of stories, as many as those that arise around an Allende bottle or those contained in an Allende bottle. "Palacio Ibarra: Allende space, a source of History".

"The wine is made in the vineyard"; this is the pillar on which the whole Allende winemaking philosophy revolves. Respect for a unique terroir, harvesting by hand at the optimum moment of ripening, manual selection of the best grapes
And behind all this, a team of people who combine effort, dedication, affection... and for whom quality is their maxim in their daily work.
