HEART FIRST AND FOREMOST

The soil, like the vine, needs a lot of love to grow in a certain way. It is emotional, a key modus operandi for us, which allows us to obtain an optimum result after many hours of work and care in our winery.

We are also concerned about the environment that has such a great influence on our wines: the sun every morning, the insects that lurk among the stones, the birds that nest in the pines, and even the poppies that are pollinated by the bees.

We are located in Fontanars dels Alforins, a small village (800 inhabitants) in the south of Valencia and north of Alicante at 630 metres above sea level. The climate is inland Mediterranean, dry and in harmony with other crops such as cereals, almonds and olives.

Our wines reflect this pampering and this environment, the sunshine of the Mediterranean, the warmth of our climate and the altitude of our mountains.

We go through life learning from everything that surrounds us, enjoying and enjoying what we are passionate about. In reality, we are all passers-by of our land. And in particular, we try to interpret the grapes we grow and the soil we live in so that we can leave our legacy to the next generations.

We have always opted for minimum intervention, both in cultivation and production, as a process to obtain a good wine. Simplicity and common sense provide us with a long-term relationship with nature, which we can sum up in one word: Love.
