Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 on the initiative of a group of wine growers and wine producers in the region of O Salnés, who decided to professionalize their production. This cooperative is called "Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana" and is currently made up of more than 430 members, being the largest cooperative by number of members in the D.O. Rías Baixas.
The winery has 220 hectares of its own vineyards spread over more than 2,000 plots, characteristic of Galician smallholdings and located entirely in the "Val do Salnés" sub-area.
