Why make only white wines in Ribera del Duero?
Specialisation is the objective, the study of the variety in the different parts of the Ribera and the behaviour of these grapes in the vinification process, making a white wine with the right winemaking tools is important. A white wine is always more delicate, so we have to pamper it and treat it with much more delicacy than our reds from the area.

PASSIONATE ABOUT WINE AND OENOLOGY
His dream was to carry out this project in Hoyales, recovering this historic and at the same time forgotten variety, the Albillo mayor, and to enjoy it with two of his great friends, these two Madrileños adopted in the Ribera del Duero and very similar in the way they respect and love nature and life, with a philosophy of maximum respect when it comes to treating the vineyard and winemaking.
