Composed of Tomás and his four sons Gabriel, Alberto, Juan and Nicolás. The passion for wine that a father has managed to transmit means that all of them are already involved in the development of the winery, from the oldest to the youngest, thus consolidating tradition and generational continuity.
Part of our grapes come from our own vineyards. There are 23 ha. of tinto fino (20%), cabernet sauvignon (15%), merlot (35%) and malbec (30%), which supplies 40% of our production. We obtain 60% of our production from our suppliers/vintners. We have been working with them for many years with good professional and personal knowledge of each other. From them we control about 100 hectares of vineyards, from which we choose the best grapes. Most of our grapes come from vineyards located more than 900 metres above sea level.
All grapes come from herbicide-free vineyards and all treatments are organic.
