The story was born from the hand of Fausto González, a man with a dream and a capacity: to unite illusions and bring together a group of people capable of shaking a region, Castilla-La Mancha. The Martúe vineyards are located in La Guardia de Toledo. Finca Campo Martuela began to be planted in 1990, while Finca el Casar was planted ten years later. It was not until the year 2000 that they finally reached the optimum quality of the grapes to start making wine with the quality that still characterises them today, and thus labelling the wine under the brand name "Martúe".

Martúe has a special environment without which it could not have been born. This environment is La Guardia de Toledo. A fortress without which the dream could not have been achieved, the vineyards. And a star, its people. People who form a team with a clear and firm philosophy of constancy and dedication, perseverance and affection. This is the only possible formula for making a wine that expresses as much feeling as Martúe does.

The winery is equipped with the most modern technical advances for the production of quality wines, which is Martúe's main objective. The vinifications are carried out in stainless steel tanks equipped with fermentation temperature control. Martúe has an area for wine ageing located 7 metres below the bottling plant and the product warehouse, where the ideal conditions of humidity and temperature are maintained throughout the year. For barrel ageing, it has 1,000 new and semi-new French and American oak barrels.
